Amish Grilled Garlic Chicken - Honey Smoked Dak Ham

1 cut up fryer (I used breast)
1 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup water
1/8 cup oil
1/3 cup salt (don't freak out)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients, pour over chicken in a large glass baking dish. Marinate up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Grill chicken (be careful, will cause flames) until done.

Honey Smoked Dak Ham

Number One also grilled a Dak ham (love this stuff) I made criss cross slices on top of the ham. Poured a mixture of honey and cayenne pepper on top and grilled it until thoroughly heated. I do not turn it over, I just let the smoke permeate it. You can also use spam in this recipe.
