Homemade Granola
Ingredients:
7 C Rolled Oats
2/3 C Chopped Nuts
1 C Melted Butter
1 C Honey
2 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Salt
Pre-heat oven to 350*. In a large bowl, combine oats and nuts. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour mixture over oats and nuts. Mix well. Divide the mixture between two large jelly roll pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
