It was 85 degrees outside the day before yesterday. I could not get the house cooled down before bedtime. It was 77 degrees inside the house when I went to bed. That is extremely hot for us mountain folks. We only hit those temps a day or two out of the whole Summer. This Summer has been different. It has been a hot one. We had hot temps for weeks. Yesterday, it barely hit 70 degrees. The shift to Fall may have occurred. I certainly hope so. Although, with snow on top this morning it could be a short one.
