Mrs. Smith
I tried to take pictures of the wolf moon and mars through the very iced over kitchen window. I will try again tonight for the full moon. It was so big and beautiful last night that I thought it was actually full.
It was - 18 degrees last night. It should be like - 35 degrees this time of the year. Crazy weather. I think we have snow moving in next week and colder temperatures this week. We will see what actually transpires.

If you look closely, you can see the mountains and the reflection of the inside of the house. |

This is what happens when you leave the gate open...
Three cows snuck in last night before we closed the gate. All three of them are black, so Number One Husband didn't see them when he closed the gate. We tried to get them out this morning, but they did not want to leave because our grass has not been cut or grazed for years. We gave up trying pretty fast because it was 14 degrees outside.
Two of them are not scared of us at all, but the third one is skittish. This one enjoys hanging out next to our porch. They slept outside the gate to take shelter from the wind and blowing snow the night before last. They will probably leave in the morning. It won't take them long to graze our fenced area.

Day 15...
We are days and days behind on the challenge. We are continuing to move forward, but the days no longer coincide with the challenge due to injuries. We have jumped around cleaning and organizing as we are able. We have actually completed over 31 days of no spend on the 12th, so technically I didn't blow it. Our goal is to go to August 1st, so I hope to be able to complete the daily goals by then and complete this challenge.
