We love homemade pizza. I usually make it for our Sabbath meal just about every week except this Summer. It has been too hot this year. The oven really heats up the house. I have made it on the cooler days when I baked bread, but for the most part we are on a pizza hiatus. It is still hot even though it is well into September, however, we have cooler weather coming this weekend.
I usually make two pizzas. I will bake one and freeze one to bake at a later date. This sure makes an easy meal, especially on really busy days...
