I can remember the first time that I tasted spun honey as a child. It was divine. I remember the small Sue Bee yellow container with a honeycomb and honeybee motif.
I believe that it was also the first time that I tasted honey. I fell in love immediately. I was probably five or six years old. I don't remember having honey again until I was older and able to buy it for myself. This was also the time I discovered hot tea. Tea and honey are my two favorite indulgences.A couple of weeks ago, I was placing my Azure standard order and saw spun honey. I haven't had it in a long time. Spun honey is ridiculously expensive, so I decided that I would just make my own from the raw clover honey that I purchased from Azure Standard.
