Ingredients |
Mix butter and oil in a jelly roll pan and melt in a 375* oven. |
I make my own cracker crumbs. |
Add all dry ingredients in a large bag and shake to mix. |
Roll each piece of chicken in butter/oil mixture. Place chicken, three at a time, into baking mixture bag and shake. Place chicken back onto jelly roll pan skin side down. Bake for 45 minutes. |
Turn chicken over and bake for another 15 minutes. |

For more yummy goodness, make gravy out of the pan drippings and serve over mashed potatoes. Serve with a salad, a hot vegetable side dish and some homemade bread. |
