No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cranberry Oat Bars...




No-Bake Oat Bars 

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (no stir)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  • 3 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries (may substitute raisins)
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons flax seeds, coconut flakes or add your favorite additions.
Directions:
  1. Place the peanut butter, honey, butter or coconut oil, and salt in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat the mixture on low for until everything is mixed well.
  3. In a large bowl, mix oats, cranberries and chocolate chips.
  4. Now stir in the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Press the mixture in 9-inch square dish lined with aluminum foil.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then cut into 16 squares.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
