We didn't do nearly as much today as yesterday, but we accomplished a few things as far as meal prepping goes. I needed to recover from the day before.
We woke up to a couple of inches of surprise snow on the ground. |
I prepared chicken breasts for grilling. |
Lunch: Grilled creole chicken sandwiches with fermented kraut. |
Blurry grilled sliders. I just threw these on the grill since it was on. We will eat these on biscuits for breakfast. |
This was a very large pot roast from a cow that the neighbor had butchered, and she gave it to us along with 6 others. This was the last one. I decided to make our favorite, Carne Guisada. |
I like to Serve it over rice, mashed potatoes or with a warm tortilla. |
The end of the day
The beginning of a new day
Gas lit light posts
Circles
Reflections
Freshly mopped floors
Belt loops
Dog sweaters
Kangaroo pockets
The color of the new green of springtime
Laughter
Be blessed,
Mrs. Smith
